As a member:
We collect personal contact information of you, and it is stored in a database with encrypted passwords. We do not store or keep your payment information.
As a consumer visiting our website:
We use the information you provide us to personalise and continually improve your experience with The Ethical Horsemanship Association. This means that we try to personalise communications, and to ensure that you land on relevant pages of our website without the need for additional navigation.
We use the information to communicate with you about offers, products and services, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us.
If you are a member of our internal staff, or are an external consultant, we may process sufficient data that we can fulfil our contract with you (ie pay you on time).

SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Email marketing: When you purchase an item through our shop you are automatically added to our newsletter list. You can unsubscribe when you receive your first newsletter.
How do I withdraw my consent?
The right to be forgotten - Important Notice
Within the requirements of GDPR, there is a clause relating to the right to be forgotten. This means you can request in writing to have all of your information held by The Ethical Horsemanship Association destroyed. You should apply in writing to The Administrator. SECTION 4 – STRIPE AND PAYPAL
Our store payment system is hosted on Stripe and PAYPAL. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Please see Stripe's and PAYPAL's terms for further information. We do not store your payment card details.
Paypal:
PayPal is a secure payment system, your card details are taken by PayPal. Ethical Horse Products Ltd or Ethical Horsemanship Association Ltd do not see or store your card details.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
